| The salesman will receive 10% credit towards all special events for each paid regular and trade ad. The ad sales deadline is 1 July 2004. The salesman’s designated Unit/Club will also receive 10% credit for each paid regular ad; Unit payments are applied to the Uniformed Units Account, while Clubs receive a check after December 1, 2004. If a Unit wishes to receive a check instead of credit, the request must be sent to Ansar Shrine prior to June 1, 2004. With each Corporate Sponsor or Co-Sponsor, the salesman will receive 10% credit towards all special events. Unit/Club credits do not apply to Corporate Sponsorships. All salesmen and their guest who achieve a sales level of $1500.00 in Ads will also be honored at the “Above and Beyond Dinner” on July 25, 2004. A $100 Gift Certificate will be given to the Ad Salesman each reporting period who turns in the most ad money during that reporting period. A leather fez case will be presented to the top ad salesman at the “Above and Beyond Dinner”. All salesmen who achieve a sales level of $3000.00 in paid ads and trade ads will also receive their next year’s (2005) dues paid in Ansar Shrine. All salesmen who achieve a sales level of $5000.00 in paid ads and trade ads will also receive Membership in the $100 Million Dollar Club as well as their next year’s dues paid. All salesmen who achieve a sales level of $10,000.00 in paid ads and trade ads will also receive Life Membership in Ansar Shrine. If the salesman already has Life Membership in Ansar, a gift certificate of $250.00 will be awarded. NOTE: All credits or payments are based upon receipt of payment for the ad by November 30, 2004. Payment received on or after December 1, 2004 will NOT be credited to either the salesman or his Club/Unit. Ad Salesman Circus Jackets The Circus Jacket Program has been in place for many years. For the benefit of our new salesmen, the following rules apply to earning a Circus Jacket: White Circus Jacket: When an Ad Salesman achieves sales of $1,000 or more, he is entitled to White Circus Jacket. The $1,000 sales total must be achieved in one year. A chevron for the calendar year in which the jacket was earned will also be awarded. The Jackets and Chevrons will be presented to the Ad Salesmen at the December Ceremonial. Red Circus Jacket: When an Ad Salesman achieves sales of $5,000 or more, he is entitled to Red Circus Jacket. The $5,000 sales total may be achieved in two consecutive years. A chevron for the calendar year in which the jacket was earned will also be awarded. The Jackets and Chevrons will be presented to the Ad Salesmen at the December Ceremonial. Gold Circus Jacket: When an Ad Salesman achieves sales of $10,000 or more, he is entitled to Gold Circus Jacket. The $10,000 sales total may be achieved in three consecutive years. A chevron for the calendar year in which the jacket was earned will also be awarded. The Jackets and Chevrons will be presented to the Ad Salesmen at the December Ceremonial. Chevrons: After an Ad Salesman has been awarded a jacket of any color, for every year an Ad Salesman reaches $1,000, a chevron for that year will be presented.
