printing. Either case, you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader, version 8
or later. If you do not have it, you may obtain it by clicking on the Adode
PDF logo to retrieve it free of charge. (Note - the forms are still available
in the Seminar Handbook - that submission procedure has not changed.)
