ILLUSTRIOUS SIR,
MYRON L. MENDENHALL Jr.
ANSAR'S 94th POTENTATE
Myron was born March 14th, 1955 to Pete and Viola Mendenhall. He
comes from a large family with seven siblings, three brothers and three
sisters. Myron married his Lady Michele on May 17, 1997. Myron has a
son, Lee Mendenhall, a daughter-in-law, Brittany and a Granddaughter
Ellie. Myron has dedicated most of his life to the family owned trucking
business which continues to operate today.

Myron became a Mason in 1993 with Dale Irwin as his coach. After
becoming a Mason, Myron joined Valley of Springfield and Ansar Temple
in 1993. He immediately became an active member of the Ansar Shrine. In
1994, he became President of the Jeepsters and served four different
terms as such. As an active member of the Jeepsters, he headed their
pancake and Sausage Breakfast for five years as well as their Steak Fry
for three years.

In 1999, Myron served as an Aide for Illustrious Sir Terry Cutright. In 2000,
Illustrious Sir L. Milt McClure appointed Myron to the Outer Gaurd position
which started his journey on Ansar's Divan. As Illustrious Sir Danny
Coker's year came around, Myron was appointed to the Membership
Chairman position, which he served proudly for four years. In addition to
these positions, he also served as Asst. Circus Chairman, Circus
Chairman, was in charge of the Paper Crusade as well as being in charge
of Ansar's Automotive Raffles for the last three years. He has also served
as Ambassador to many of the Ansar Shrine's Clubs and Units.
